As we don’t have accurate statistics for most of other countries will assume same rate that we have in USA and apply it to the whole world population 

USA population in 2024 is 340 million

To be on the conservative side applying same rate in USA on the global population as USA has much better living standards compared to many other countries all over the globe

In 2024 the world has a range between 3 million to 10 million people they want to end their lives, they don’t want to live, they choose death over life!!
