Since the beginning of creation, God’s plan for humanity has been for people to live a dignified and blessed life. However, Satan deceives many and leads them away from this plan, drawing them into deep darkness where they come to hate their lives and prefer death over life—even to the point of suicide.

For this reason, Jesus Christ became incarnate and took on human nature to restore life to those who have gone astray and fallen into the grip of Satan.

When a person reaches that dark place, they become captive to Satan. In such moments, there is no room for logic, preaching, or advice—nothing seems to have an effect.

We believe that the only way is through prayer—prayer that opens the doors of heaven, bringing the needed help and miraculously transforming a person’s mind so they may see the Light and the Truth (Jesus Christ), the Lion who has overcome and came to conquer, binding Satan and reclaiming His people whom He created in His image and likeness.

Looking at the graph, we see an alarming and continuous increase in suicide rates year after year, reaching nearly 50,000 people who died by suicide in the United States in 2023

By God’s grace, and out of our responsibility as children of God (the salt of the earth and the light of the world), our church is launching a prayer ministry titled:

 “24/7 prayer for life”  

 Your 10-Minute Prayer = Saving a Life

This ministry is fully based on the Word of God, as God is asking each one of us all to pray without ceasing, day and night.

The ministry will begin on Lazarus Saturday, to receive the blessing of that day when Jesus commanded Lazarus to move from death to life.

We need 144 people, each one committing 10 minutes daily, in order to cover the 24 hours continuously.

Statistics indicate that every 10 minutes one life is lost by committing suicide!

On the Statistics page, you will find all data related to suicide rates in the United States and globally, including annual numbers for suicidal attempts which it ranges from 4-10 times the number of death (50,000 x 4= 200,000) or (50,000 x 10= 500,000)

We look forward to coming together in prayer to ask our Lord Jesus Christ to send heavenly help that prevents satan from snatching our sons, brothers, and sisters.
